Workspace time accumulates only while the tab is visible, focused and recently active. Switching to another window pauses the counter. A Wix Site History revision is treated as a change event, not proof of elapsed work time.

No background program or external browser monitoring. Automatic tracking begins when your authenticated Workspace opens and saves checkpoints to private Wix CMS. You can pause or resume. When the window loses focus or the tab is hidden, time is paused. Work in other browser tabs or software is not tracked. No keystroke content, screenshots or mouse paths are collected.

Session owners come from the Wix private CMS record. Display names and email addresses entered here are manual labels until independently verified against Wix collaborator identities. They do not grant access or change Wix permissions.
Daily Time Totals — Wix Workspace + Visual Editor
Totals are calculated from Wix CMS session checkpoints in Europe/London timezone. Older sessions that lack daily buckets are assigned to their start date. Simultaneously active browser sessions could overlap.
Mouse Movement Reader — Activity History
Summaries of activity counts in five-minute intervals. No pointer coordinates, screen paths, typed text or exact keystrokes are retained. The report shows only actions registered inside the connected Wix panels.
Custom Editor & Site History Integration
Shows Wix CMS events from the existing Visual Editor, saved drafts and published site changes. Edits-in-progress are counted in work sessions; Wix's full revision history and external code-editor changes cannot be inferred without their own connectors.
Periodic Screenshots — Explicit Permission
Screenshots are OFF by default for every user. Choose the current Wix browser tab in Chrome's sharing prompt. Only after a separate approval will the selected browser tab be captured every 10 minutes while this Workspace is visibly active. Files are requested as PRIVATE Wix Media Manager assets; nothing is sent to Cloudflare. Sharing may be blocked by Wix dashboard iframe permissions.
Computer API & Integration Status
A Wix iframe can inspect non-sensitive browser capabilities but cannot read the Windows program list, other browser tabs, local files or external editor activity. Full-device integration needs an installed, user-authorised desktop companion or browser extension. It is not active in this template.

Template Client Consent
The template package includes the monitoring features. Purchasing or installing a template is not equivalent to every staff member consenting to computer observation. The site owner must provide an appropriate privacy notice, role-based access, retention rules and explicit screen-capture permission from each individual where required.

Site History & developer events
Activity events from this Workspace and Visual Editor saves are stored in Wix CMS. Wix Site History itself is not imported; revisions are not a reliable measure of time spent.
